These Terms of Service govern your use of LAIRIK AI, an AI-powered conversational platform operated by Shivaraj Sapam, sole proprietor of SIDAHIDAK HEALTHCARE NETWORK (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-MN-05-0035993), based in Imphal, Manipur, India.
By accessing or using LAIRIK at lairik.in or the LAIRIK mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About LAIRIK AI
LAIRIK AI is an AI-powered chat platform providing conversational services in Romanized Meiteilon (Manipuri) language. The platform serves the Meitei-speaking community with general AI chat, cultural language assistance, and educational support.
LAIRIK AI is operated by Shivaraj Sapam (trading as SIDAHIDAK HEALTHCARE NETWORK) in Manipur, India.

2. Account Registration
To access LAIRIK's full features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
- Notify us immediately at admin@lairik.in if you suspect unauthorised access
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
3. Pricing and Payments
Free Tier
New users receive a limited number of free daily messages. No payment is required for the free tier. For pro users, we offer various subscription in our webapp and mobile app.
Payment on web is processed by Razorpay. By purchasing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your selected payment method. We do not store your card or banking details.
Paid Plans — Mobile App (Google Play)
In-app purchases and subscriptions on the LAIRIK Android app are processed through Google Play Billing, managed by BillDesk(IndiIdeas.com Limited) in accordance with Reserve Bank of India's Payment Aggregator – Cross Border requirements.
Billing and Cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at end of the current billing period
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
4. Nature of AI-Generated Content
LAIRIK uses AI to generate responses. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. LAIRIK is a supplementary tool and does not replace professional advice, teachers, or authoritative sources.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use LAIRIK only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract LAIRIK's AI models or proprietary content
- Share your account credentials or resell access to the platform
- Input personal information of third parties without their consent
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits by creating multiple accounts
- Use LAIRIK for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, branding, and materials on LAIRIK — including the name "LAIRIK" and the logo — are the intellectual property of Shivaraj Sapam / SIDAHIDAK HEALTHCARE NETWORK. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of LAIRIK without prior written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Imphal, Manipur, India.
